ADULTERY SECTION 497 (IPC) INDIAN PENAL CODE. ALL YOU HAVE TO KNOW

Section 497 is deals with offence of adultery
Adultery when a man dose sexual relation with a woman. the person who has known she is married woman and his husband know also know his wife sexual relation with another man. without connivance of her husband.

such intercourse must not amount of offence of rape. willingness of woman is not excuse to the crime of adultery.

USA-if pause have sexual intercourse with third party. both are the punish 

UK- adultery is not a criminal offence in united kingdom

France- if  a wife guilt of adultery is punsable for a period from 3 month to 2 year in cash however husband may put to her sentence and excuse and take her back, the adultery is punishable similar

Pakistan- Pakistan both man and woman to punishment which may extend to death sentence, in 1987 a Pakistan court buried to their neck and stoned to death in public and some incident have happened in 2002.

2-now Indian suprim court changed on adultery law    
 Now suprim court decide. if a woman dose sexual relation with another man and a man also know she is a married woman. a person who is know his wife is sexual afire with another man. if a man take action on the guys, who is afire withe a man in that cash the man is  not sensible. because willingness of woman is not crime. woman also not punish. 
suliton  for a woman incase her husband dose similar act(ground for divorce)
